Try-outs will be held at USBA, 1850B General George Patton Dr., Franklin.
Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in. Both days are required.

What is included in my fees and what payment options are available?

*Uniform (2 jerseys, 2 spandex, knee pads, shoes) except for Club Lite which gets a jersey only

Fees are payable in four installments: 11/17, 12/6, 1/6, 2/6. All fees must be paid before the first tournament. The fee due on 11/17 is a non-refundable payment showing your commitment to play for Select. It is applied toward your total fee.
Are there any opportunities for fundraising?
Yes! As a non-profit organization, Select offers two opportunities for fundraising. Kroger Cares cards are available. Also, you can work concessions at the Sommet Center with payment going directly to your daughter's account.
What is M.A.D. training?
Select has partnered with Making A Difference Sports Training (also located at USBA) to offer a fitness and training program specific to improving female volleyball athletes. Training will begin in mid-November and finish in late January.
What is Club Lite being offered to 11s, 12s, & 13s?
New this year, Club Lite is intended as a transitional experience for the younger volleyball athlete to focus on fundamentals with a trained volleyball coach. As an introduction to team volleyball and/or travel sports, this program minimizes the weekly commitment of the athlete, eliminates out-of-town travel, and still provides core fundamental training in a structured volleyball environment.
How many practices and how many tournaments?
Club Lite will practice 1 1/2 hours, 2 times a week, and will play in 3-4 local tournaments.
Club will practice 2 hours, 2 times a week, and will play in 4-6 tournaments, within the southern region, and the regional championship.
Power will practice 2 hours, 3 times a week, and will play in 6-8 tournaments, some outside of the southern region, as well as a qualifier and regionals.
Elite will practice 2 hours, 3 times a week, and will play in 7-9 tournaments, some outside of the region, as well as 2 qualifiers, regionals, and a post-season tournament.
